Dosage
Adults: 1 tablet daily.
Instructions of use
Chew the tablet or let it dissolve in your mouth. The tablets dissolve in about 4 minutes.
Take as directed by your doctor, regardless of meals.
Contraindications
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Selenium is contraindicated with concomitant use of anticoagulants & antiplatelets, as well as with treatment for high cholesterol levels.
Side effects
Exceeding the recommended daily dose may have a laxative effect.
Overconsumption of selenium can lead to fatigue, metallic taste, hair loss, gastrointestinal disorders and nail deterioration.
