Super Health Premium Omegas 3:6:9 is a dietary supplement containing omega 3:6:9 fatty acids from organic flaxseed oil.
Specifically, it contains 1000 mg of cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil, which is a rich source of alpha linolenic acid (ALA), linoleic acid (LA) and oleic acid (OA).
ALA is known to help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, while the omega 3 family has anti-inflammatory properties, promotes bone health and controls blood pressure. **
Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is a form of omega-3 fat that is converted to active forms of omega-3s, such as EPA and DHA.
DHA & EPA help maintain normal blood triglyceride levels (daily intake of 2 g DHA in combination with EPA), normal blood pressure (daily intake of 3 gr DHA in combination with EPA) and normal heart function. DHA helps maintain normal brain function & vision (daily intake of 250 mg). *
