Specchiasol Serenotte plus is a dietary supplement with herbal extracts, L-Theanine and melatonin for insomnia.
L-Theanine is an amino acid found mainly in green tea. Studies show that it promotes relaxation and helps the nervous system. Red poppy petals also reduce local tension.**
Serenotte plus also contains melatonin which helps relieve the subjective feeling of jet lag and reduce the amount of time one needs to sleep.*
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of California Poppy (Escolzia grass d.e.) as a traditional aid to relieve mild nervous tension, symptoms of mental stress and anxiety.

Instructions of use
It is recommended the tablet to be taken with a glass of water half an hour before bedtime.
