Quest Osteo Q-Life is a nutritional supplement for good bone and muscle health. It contains important minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper, as well as vitamins D3 and K2.
Calcium and magnesium contribute to the normal function of muscles and the normal condition of bones and teeth. In addition, magnesium helps balance electrolytes in the body and reduces fatigue and tiredness.
Zinc helps maintain normal bone condition, normal protein synthesis, and protects cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption / utilization of calcium, to the maintenance of normal levels in the blood, and to the normal condition of bones, muscles and teeth.
Vitamin K also helps maintain normal bone condition, while copper helps maintain normal connective tissue.
Dosage
1-2 tablets daily.
