Nutricia Almiron Profutura 2 is an infant milk formula which is designed to meet the nutritional needs of babies 6-12 months old.
It is prepared easily & quickly and it contains all the necessary vitamins, minerals, trace elements & fatty acids for the healthy development of babies. It also contains DHA as required by the new European Baby Milk legislation.
- GOS/FOS mixture: Milk and Fructo-oligosaccharides.
- HMO 3'GL & 2'FL: Human milk oligosaccharide (3-galactosyl-lactose).
- Vitamins C & D: Contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. *
- Calcium + Vitamin D: Contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones. *
- Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids: Omega-3 (ALA & DHA) and Omega-6 (ARA).
Breast milk is the ideal food for babies. Exclusive breastfeeding during the first half year of life is ideal for your baby. When breastfeeding is impossible or insufficient, consult your pediatrician about introducing infant formula into your baby's diet.
Dosage
See the table with the recommended dosage of powder and water, depending on the age of the baby.
In case of a different recommendation from the pediatrician, follow the doctor's instructions.
Normal dilution: 100 ml of ready milk is prepared by adding 3 scoops of powder to 90 ml of water.
Instructions of use
1. Wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize utensils according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Boil fresh water, let it cool until its temperature reaches 40°C and add the correct amount (consult the nutrition table) into the sterile baby bottle. Do not use reboiled water.
3. Use only the measuring scoop in the box.
4. Add the correct amount of powder to the water. Close the bottle and shake well (for 10 seconds) until the powder dissolves.
5. Check the temperature of the milk on your wrist before feeding.
Contraindications
Contains allergens: milk, fish, soy.
Sometimes infant formulas are not suitable in case of lactose intolerance.
Constant contact of the teeth with liquids high in carbohydrates can cause tooth decay.
Cautions
Make sure the lid of the product is clean.
Follow the preparation instructions closely.
Ready milk should be consumed within 2 hours.
Leftover milk should not be consumed.
Do not heat ready-made milk in a microwave oven (risk of overheating).
Once the box is opened, its contents should be consumed within 30 days.
Take care of the health of your baby's teeth, starting with the first teeth, especially before bedtime.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
Keep out of reach of children.
