Nordaid Sleep Aid is a dietary supplement with melatonin in the form of a sublingual spray, for rapid absorption. It is easy to take and has a pleasant flavour.
Melatonin is a hormone produced by the human body during the night that helps regulate the sleeping & awakening cycle. It is involved in maintaining the normal circadian rhythm (organism's biological clock) that plays a key role in normal sleep. It helps reduce the time of sleep onset and also helps relieve the symptoms of jet lag. *
Nordaid Sleep Aid is suitable for:

Each sprayyields 1 mg of melatonin, with the package containing 200 doses.
Dosage
Adults: One spray before going to sleep under the tongue or inside of the cheek.
Instructions of use
When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times.
Shake bottle well before use.
Before going to sleep spray once under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek.
Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position.
If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested.
If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.

Not suitable under the age of 18, during pregnancy & lactation.
