Nordaid D4000 IU Oral Spray is a dietary supplement that provides 4000 IU of vitamin D3 per spray. It is completely absorbed through the oral mucosa, directly into the bloodstream.

Dosage
Adults and teenagers: 1 spray *
Pregnant and lactating women: 1 spray *
Children 4-12 years: 2 sprays per week *

Instructions of use
Shake bottle well before use.
Spray under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek.
Don't swallow for about 30 seconds.
Do not smoke 10 minutes before use, for better absorption.
Side effects
Taking more than 4000 IU of Vitamin D supplements is recommended to be accompanied by monitoring of blood calcium levels, as there is a risk of causing hypercalcaemia.
At doses greater than 10,000 IU per day, diarrhea or constipation, decreased appetite, dry mouth and metallic taste may occur.
Cautions
If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.
Storage
Store the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. After the product is opened, follow the storage instructions on the packaging for its optimal preservation.
