Medichrom Hypnol Melatonin Spray is a dietary supplement with melatonin and vitamins in spray form.
Melatonin helps to reduce the time of sleep onset. It also helps relieve the symptoms of jet lag [Official Health Claims: European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)].

Dosage

Instructions of use
To be taken before bedtime, preferably sublingually.
