Lamberts L-Lysine 1000 mg is a dietary supplement that contains the essential amino acid lysine in its free form, for rapid absorption and maximum bioavailability.
The amino acid lysine is found in abundance in animal foods and, therefore, is often deficient in vegetarians and vegans.

Dosage
1 to 2 tablets daily.
Instructions of use
It is preferable to take Amino Acids with fruit juice or water rather than milk.
An Amino Acid is best taken 1/2 hour before any meal or at bedtime.
Disintegration time: Less than 1 hour.
Contraindications
This product is not recommended for children or pregnant or lactating women.

Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
