Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin of the B complex, which participates in many functions of the body and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems, as well as to normal psychological function. It is found mainly in foods of animal origin and plays an important role:

Vitamin B12 deficiency results in megaloblastic anemia due to either B12 deficiency, folic acid deficiency or poor absorption of B12 from the stomach due to lack or destruction of endogenous B12 absorption factor.
Deficiency is usually observed in people who fast for long periods or follow vegetarian diets.
Dosage
1 tablet daily.

Contraindications
This product is not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Concomitant use with antacids as well as antibiotics is contraindicated, as its absorption may be reduced.
