Genecom Terra Sueno is a dietary supplement with melatonin, valerian and Griffonia extract, specially designed to provide restful sleep and to relieve from jet lag.
Melatonin is a hormone produced by the human body during the night that helps regulate the sleeping & awakening cycle. It is involved in maintaining the normal circadian rhythm (organism's biological clock) that plays a key role in normal sleep. It helps reduce the time of sleep onset and also helps relieve the symptoms of jet lag. *
Griffonia simplicifolia: From Griffonia's seed extract comes 5-HTP, a metabolite of the amino acid tryptophan that appears to help with mood and sleep. **

Dosage
1 tablet daily.
Instructions of use
To be taken with a glass of water (200 ml), preferably one hour before bedtime.
Contraindications
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients contained.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
