Genecom Terra Alpha Lipoic Acid is a dietary supplement containg α-lipoic acid, Bacopa monnieri extract, chromium, selenium, zinc and vitamins E, B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 & B7 (biotin).
Alpha lipoic acid is a substance found in small amounts in foods such as liver, spinach and broccoli. It acts as an antioxidant, while it also participates in energy production. It also enhances the antioxidant activity of other vitamins. Studies have shown that it helps lower blood glucose levels and improve insulin resistance. Dosage
