ESI Melatonin Pura is a dietary supplement with melatonin in the form of a sublingual spray, for rapid absorption. It is easy to take and has a pleasant mint flavour.
Melatonin is a hormone produced by the human body during the night that helps regulate the sleeping & awakening cycle. ESI Melatonin Pure is suitable for:

Each spray (0.2 ml) yields 0.5 mg of melatonin, with the package containing 100 doses.
Dosage
Adults: 1-2 sprays daily.
Instructions of use
Shake well before use.
Spray under the tongue.
To be taken before bedtime. In case of travels, take before going to bed on the 1st day, as well as for a few days upon arrival at the destination.
Contraindications
Not suitable under the age of 18, during pregnancy & lactation.
Avoid use if you are taking anticoagulants.
Side effects
Excessive consumption could have a laxative effect.
In rare cases, nausea or allergic reactions may occur when melatonin use is stopped.
