Bio-Ygeia Whole Grain Oat Flakes Gluten Free are an ideal choice for breakfast or as part of a variety of homemade recipes, as they are rich in nutrients and fiber.
In particular, oat flakes contain significant amounts of valuable B-complex vitamins. In addition, they contain calcium, magnesium, iron & zinc and, in smaller amounts, vitamin E, folic acid & potassium.
The product is organically grown and prepared in a modified atmosphere (MAP). It is also suitable for people with intolerance or sensitivity to gluten.
Dosage
40 g daily.
Instructions of use
Leave 100 g flakes to soak in 300 g water for 2-3 hours.
Then, boil for 5'.
After boiling, add honey or tahini or maple syrup.
Contraindications
May contain traces of peanuts or nuts, soy, sesame.
Cautions
Store in a cool and dry environment, at a temperature of up to 18°C.
