Bio-Agros Organic Cold-Pressed Linseed Oil is a vegetable oil obtained from flax seeds and the only one with 48% of its fat content being omega-3 fats.
Linoleic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (beneficial effects with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid).
Dosage
1-2 tablespoons per day.
Instructions of use
Goes well with salads, fish and vegetable dishes.
It can also be used as a hair mask, offering nourishment, hydration and hair restoration.
