Royal jelly is rich in vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B12, P-P A, C, D, E), proteins, minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium) trace elements (zinc, iron and copper), lipids (47 fatty acids found mainly 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid), enzymes and coenzymes, as well as all the essential amino acids (which can not be synthesized by the body alone with mainly aspartic and glutamic acid). Scientific research has shown that, due to its composition, it is very beneficial, as it stimulates weakened organisms, helps the proper functioning of the nervous system and mental work.

Dosage
Each pressure of the airless container cap provides exactly 300mg of 3bees. Suggested:
- Adults: 3 pressures
- Adolescents: 2 pressures
- Children over 6: 1 pressure or as advised by the doctor.
Instructions of use
- Take in the morning, 15 minutes before breakfast.
- Place the spoon in the package in front of the mouth of the airless container. Hold the airless container upright and bring its mouth to the spoon. Squeeze the pump cap firmly once until the end of its travel with the thumb. Lift the thumb by releasing the pump cap. Wait a second and repeat until the recommended dosage. Then place the teaspoon under your tongue and ideally hold the royal jelly there, to be absorbed.
