Lanes Vitamin C
The supplement contains 1000 mg of gradual release vitamin C, with bioflavonoids, rutin, hesperidin and Rosehips extract (wild rose fruit). Sugar-free.

Lanes Royal Tonic
Royal Tonic is a dietary supplement that combines royal jelly, propolis, colostrum, reishi and shitake mushrooms and vitamin B6 to stimulate the body and shield the immune system. Free of sugar and gluten.
- Royal jelly: rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements, it is particularly useful for strengthening the body's defenses.**
- Propolis: is known for its antimicrobial and antibacterial properties.**
- Colostrum (colostrum): an equally excellent natural food, derived from the first milk of mammals. It is rich in nutrients and many antibodies that the body of newborns needs in order to strengthen their immune system.** Research shows that colostrum is a rich source of protein, growth factors, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and other bioactive factors.

Dosage
Vitamin C: 1 tablet per day.
Royal Tonic: 1 monodose per day.
Instructions of use
Vitamin C: 1 tablet with water.
Royal Tonic: 1 monodose before breakfast. For adults and children over 12 years. Shake well before consumption.
Contraindications
Vitamin C: The use of very high doses (above 2000mg), is contraindicated in people with kidney problems.
Royal-Tonic: It is not recommended in case of allergy to bee products.
Side effects
Vitamin C: At doses greater than 2000mg per day and with prolonged use, toxic effects such as diarrhea, nausea and oxalate kidney stones may occur.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
