Lamberts Methyl Folate 400mcg is a nutritional supplement that contains the vitamin folic acid directly in its active form, methylfolate. It can be used directly by the organization without having to be converted to another format.
Calcium L-methylfolate is the metabolically active (methylated) form of folic acid. As a result, it is easily and immediately absorbed. It is also ideal for people who do not methylate folic acid (polymorphisms in the MTHFR gene).**
