Lamberts Methyl B Complex is a dietary supplement that contains the B vitamins in their active and methylated forms for maximum digestion and activity by the body.
They are water-soluble components, as a result of which they do not accumulate in the body, are excreted in large quantities in the urine and their toxicity is almost impossible.
B-complex vitamins act as coenzymes in a large percentage of enzymatic reactions that support every aspect of normal cell function.
- Vitamin B6 in the form of 5-pyridoxine phosphate (P-5-P)
- Folic acid in the form of methylfolate methylfolate (or 5-MTHF)
- Vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin
It also contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, biotin, pantothenic acid, choline and inositol. Complex B vitamins help:
- In the normal function of the immune system (Vitamins B12, B6, Folic acid),
- In the treatment of fatigue and tiredness (Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, Folic acid)
- In maintaining normal psychological function (B1, B2, B6, B12, Biotin, Folic acid).
