Lamberts' All in One Strawberry Nutrition Supplement contains high quality and purity whey protein and is specifically designed for athletes and athletes. Per 65 g dose yields
- 38.1 g whey protein (mixture of Whey Concetrate and Whey Isolate).
- 8 gr Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA). The 3 Branched Chain Amino Acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are the key building blocks for the formation of 1/3 of all the muscle protein in the body. In addition to their important structural role, they are the main source of energy supply for the muscles, as they are exclusively derived from muscle tissue.
- 1 gr Beta Alanine which contributes to the synthesis of carnosine and improves muscle work.
- 1 gr Beta Hydroxy beta methylbutyrate (HMB). HMB is a major leucine metabolite preventing muscle catabolism at the end of the workout.
- 14.7 g carbohydrates. Carbohydrates help restore the body's glycogen levels.

Dosage
Add 65 g (about 2 scoops) in 350ml of water to a shaker or mixer and stir well. Dosage depends on body weight.
