High5 Energy Drink with Protein 4: 1 Fresh Citrus is an energy drink with carbohydrates, proteins, and electrolytes for recovery during and after exercise. During the endurance exercise the body needs carbohydrates for energy and for maintaining performance. Electrolytes also help prevent dehydration due to sweat losses. Protein intake after exercise helps maintain muscle mass.
All-in-one energy drink with a 4: 1 ratio of carbohydrates to protein. The carbohydrate, protein and electrolyte blend is designed to aid performance, endurance and restore normal muscle function. Ideal for hard training sessions or long days of endurance training.
Dosage
Mix 47 g of powder in 500 ml of water and shake well.
Instructions of use
Drink 150-250 ml every 20 minutes during training / race. Consume during and after exercise.
