High5 Zero Electrolyte Sports Drink is a nutritional supplement in effervescent tablets, with electrolytes, for recovery and hydration before, during and after exercise.
With magnesium, potassium, calcium, vitamin C, sodium, and green tea extract, it's a quick, sugar- and calorie-free electrolyte drink ideal for recovery after heavy sweating or for workouts during the warmer months.

Dosage
1 effervescent tablet whenever electrolyte replenishment is necessary.
Maximum dose: 3 tablets per day
Instructions of use
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in water. The recommended amount of water for 1 tablet is 750 ml. It can be taken before, during or after exercise.
Cautions
Do not take more than 3 effervescent tablets daily. Taking too much can lead to diarrhea.
Keep away from children, in a cool and dry place.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
