Healthia Natural Defense 850 mg is a dietary supplement with 100% natural ingredients. Its formula contains 12 ingredients. Herbs, spices, concentrated foods, extracts and phytochemicals that focus on the immune system and the body's shielding.
Its ingredients include Shiitake mushrooms, garlic, olive leaf extract with eleuropein and grapefruit seed extract that have been studied for their properties in the body's natural defenses and against common cold symptoms. Dosage
1-2 capsules 1-3 times daily.
Instructions of use
Preferably to be taken with food. Ideally to be taken for 3 months with an interval of 2 weeks in between.
