Lysine is an amino acid with antioxidant properties and it is characterized as essential because the body cannot synthesize it by itself and must receive it through the diet.
It is important for the synthesis of keratin and collagen, the basic structural component of all body tissues. It is also part of glutathione, which is a powerful antioxidant that protects the liver and contributes to detoxification.

Dosage
Adults: 1-2 tablets daily.
Instructions of use
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a glass of water, on an empty stomach.
Amino acids are best absorbed when taken half an hour before eating or going to bed.
Assimilation time: Less than an hour.
Contraindications
Not suitable for people under 18 years of age, pregnant & breastfeeding women.
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients contained.
Cautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
