Health Aid Vitamin C 1500 mg is a dietary supplement with vitamin C. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin and one of the most important vitamins for the human body as it contributes to:

Instructions of use
To be taken preferably with breakfast.
Contraindications
Not to be taken by children under the age of 12. Contains soy. The use of very high doses (above 2000mg), is contraindicated in people with kidney problems.
Side effects
At doses greater than 2000mg per day and with prolonged use, toxic effects such as diarrhea, nausea and oxalate kidney stones may occur.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
