Health Aid Vitamin C 1000 mg is a nutritional supplement with vitamin C in effervescent tablets with a wonderful orange flavour for easy intake. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin with many properties for the body, as it contributes to:

Dosage
1 effervescent tablet per day.
Instructions of use
It is taken dissolved in a glass of water, preferably after a meal.
Close the cap thoroughly.
Contraindications
The use of very high doses (above 2000mg), is contraindicated in people with kidney problems.
Side effects
At doses higher than 2000mg per day and with long-term use, side effects such as diarrhea, nausea and oxalate kidney stones may occur.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
