Health Aid Boswellia 520 mg is a dietary supplement containing Boswellia and, specifically, a titrated powder extract and resin of the plant, along with Kelp.
Boswellia, also known as "Indian Frankincense", is rich in many components, mainly boswellic acids that have been studied in cases of inflammation, for joint and respiratory health, while its resin plant (resin) is one of its most active parts.

Dosage
