GU Roctane Electrolyte Capsules are designed to complement the special needs of an athlete in electrolytes.
Each capsule contains sodium, magnesium and chlorine to help hydrate and maintain fluid balance in the body. In addition, vitamin D is vital for the absorption and utilization of calcium as well as for bone health [The above are official health claims from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)].
Enriched with Ginger Root, it helps reduce nausea and calms the stomach by reducing gastrointestinal distress. Vitamin B6 combined with Ginger Root, fight the nausea that can be seen in long and / or intense workouts.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of ginger as a traditional herbal remedy for the symptoms of nausea and vomiting, as well as mild digestive disturbances such as bloating and flatulence.
Ideal for fast and effective hydration during journeys, long walks, or even to combat dehydration from excessive alcohol consumption.
Dosage
1-2 capsules per 60 minutes of exercise.
Instructions of use
Take 1-2 capsules per hour during high-intensity activity.
You can use them in combination with GU Roctane Energy Gel for even greater electrolyte intake.
