GU Energy Gel Cola Me Happy is a concentrated form of carbohydrates in gel form, while it also contains amino acids, minerals and caffeine. Available in small, individual and easy to transport package of 32 grams. It is easily and quickly consumed and does not freeze.
It is specially designed to provide the body with the energy it needs during exercise. Helps keep the body & mind alert for optimal performance. The energy provided does not cause stomach upsets, while maintaining ideal levels of glucose, from the beginning to the end of exercise.
- Carbohydrates: GU uses 2 sources of carbohydrates (85% maltodextrin and 15% fructose), maintaining high glucose levels for longer during exercise.
- Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA): The building blocks of protein increase mental concentration and muscle repair.
- Caffeine: Natural green tea extract caffeine for energy.
Each GU Energy Gel provides 100 kcal.

Dosage
Indicatively, consume 1-2 gels per day.
Instructions of use
Take a GU Energy Gel 5 minutes before exercise and then a GU Energy Gel every 45 minutes.
