Genecom Terra Vitamin C 1000 mg & Zinc 10 mg is a dietary supplement in effervescent tablets that combines the unique benefits of vitamin C with those of zinc for even better results. Also the trace element of zinc is in the highly absorbable form of citrate, to ensure its maximum absorption.

Instructions of use
Take dissolved in a glass of water, preferably in the morning after breakfast, or as directed by your doctor.
Contraindications
The use of very high doses of Vitamin C (over 2000mg for a long period), is contraindicated in people with kidney problems.
In addition, due to the zinc content, it is recommended not to be taken concomitantly with antibiotics or medicines containing cortisone. Long-term use of high doses of zinc (> 25mg) may affect copper and iron levels in the body.
Side effects
Toxicity such as diarrhea, nausea and oxalate kidney stones may occur at Vitamin C doses greater than 2000mg per day and with prolonged use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
