This organic selenium is in the form of L-selenomethionine, which is better absorbed compared to the inorganic forms of selenium found in various dietary supplements.

Contraindications
Selenium is contraindicated with concomitant use of anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs, as well as with high cholesterol medications.
