Frezylac AR is a special milk for the dietary treatment of posseting and gastroesophageal reflux in infants. It is suitable from birth to the 12th month.
It has a higher viscosity thanks to Locust Bean Gum, a natural carob thickening agent that makes milk viscous without affecting the absorption of vitamins and minerals contained. In combination with Bifidus (Bifidobacterium lactis) crops it helps reduce the incidence of reflux.
Contains proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, minerals, trace elements and essential fatty acids, offering a balanced baby diet.
Breast milk is the ideal food for babies. Exclusive breastfeeding during the first half year of life is ideal for your baby. When breastfeeding is not possible or not enough, consult your pediatrician about including infant formula in your baby's diet. Starting a bottle-feeding diet can have a negative effect on breastfeeding.
Dosage
Preparation standard: 90 ml boiled water + 13.5 gr Frezylac powder for 100 ml of ready milk drink.
Instructions of use
Boil fresh clean water for 5 minutes & leave to cool to 40°C.
Pour the required amount of boiled water (see table for instructions) into the sterile flask. Using the measure cap, measure the correct amount of powder. "Cut" the surface of each measuring cap with the upside down side of a clean, dry knife and add.
Close the bottle with the sterile cap and stir thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. Remove the cap and insert the sterile nipple. Allow the contents to cool (37°C). Check the temperature by dripping a few drops on your wrist.
Ready-made milk should be consumed within an 1 hour. Excess milk should be discarded. Use only the measuring cup in the box. Close the package tightly after each use.
Do not add extra cups of milk powder or anything else to the baby's meal.
When opening the package, use the content within 3 weeks.
Contraindications
Not to be used in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients contained.
Not intended for parenteral use.
Do not take in case of allergy to cow's milk.
Cautions
Do not let the baby use the nipple as a pacifier.
Constant or frequent dental contact with foods containing carbohydrates can cause tooth decay.
The meal should last as long as a regular feeding.
Unboiled water, unboiled bottle or improper dilution can have a negative effect on the baby's health.
Improper storage, use, preparation or feeding can have adverse effects on your baby's health.
Keep the package tightly closed after each use in a clean, cool & dry place.
Do not transfer Frezylac powder to other utensils (eg tapers, food containers) and do not store it in the refrigerator.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
Keep out of reach of children.
