Forte Pharma Liposomal Vitamin D 2000 IU is a liposomal dietary supplement containing vitamin D of high absorption and bioavailability.
FortePharma's Liposomal Vitamin D provides us in one capsule per day, 2000 IU (equivalent to 50 µg) of vitamin D3 or 1000% of the nutritional reference value (NRV) for the day.

Dosage
Adults and children 10y+: 1 capsule daily.
Instructions of use
Take with a glass of water, preferably in the morning.
Contraindications
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to one or more of the contained ingredients.
Side effects
Taking more than 4000 IU of Vitamin D supplements is recommended to be accompanied by monitoring of blood calcium levels, as there is a risk of causing hypercalcaemia.
At doses greater than 10,000 IU per day, diarrhea or constipation, decreased appetite, dry mouth and metallic taste may occur.
Cautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
