1 tablet daily.
Instructions of use
To be taken without water, before bed.
You suck it or let it dissolve under the tongue.
In case of jet lag take it at bedtime, from the 1st day of your trip and for as many days as the effects of jet lag are noticeable.
Contraindications
Prolonged use is not recommended.
Do not drive or operate machinery for the next 4 or 5 hours after taking melatonin.
