Forte Pharma Expert Collagene Intense nutritional supplement contains the antioxidant vitamins A, C & E, selenium and a high dose of collagen peptides. Helps improve the elasticity and firmness of the skin.
Collagen is a structural protein, produced by the body to strengthen and repair connective tissue, skin and replenish elasticity, which decreases over time. As a protein, it is made up of many peptides, which the smaller their size the easier they are absorbed and used by the body. This breakdown into peptides is called hydrolysis and the collagen is called hydrolyzed.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen to ensure the normal functioning of the skin. Vitamins C and E and selenium contribute to cellular protection against oxidative stress [These are official health claims from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)].
Dosage
1-2 sticks daily.
Instructions of use
Dissolve in water.
Preferably to be taken in the morning & evening (or only in the morning for 1 stick).
It is recommended that the treatment be repeated 1-2 weeks a month.
