EthicSport Extra Crok Cream and Chocolate is a new generation triple layer bar with high protein content. Made with high quality ingredients that provide excellent digestibility.
This product does not contain gluten or hydrogenated fats. It contains 33% protein, has a low sugar content and a high fiber content.

Instructions of use
Take with water, preferably after exercise or at least 1-2 hours before exercise.
