Etheleo has Lavender Angustifolia Miller, an aromatic plant with healing properties, used in perfumery, soap making and medicine.
The essential oil produced by this plant is utilized by Etheleo in an optimal way. In fact, lavender is one of the 20 most healing herbs in Greece and is widely used for its healing properties in traditional medicine.
Lavender essential oil has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal and soothing properties. It can help relieve sore throats, burns and insect bites, as well as treat insomnia and anxiety.
Instructions of use
Massage: Add 8-10 drops of essential oil to 30ml of vegetable base oil (almond oil, wheat oil, jojoba oil, etc.). Apply it with gentle circular movements all over the body.
Compresses: Add a few drops of lavender essential oil to a cool towel and gently apply to forehead, neck and upper chest to bring down body temperature.
Cooking: Add 3-5 drops to 1 liter of olive oil or at the end of food or pastry mix. Add 1 drop to 120ml of tea with honey.
Skin care: In light burns by applying 1-2 drops dissolved in lotion to the area, thus reducing pain, redness and swelling.
For body, hair and face care, add a few drops of essential oil to creams, emulsions, lotions, shampoos and herbal base emulsions.
Home hygiene: Add 8-10 drops of essential oil to 1/2 liter of water to clean and disinfect bathrooms, sinks and other surfaces. Adding a few drops to the washing machine and dishwasher gives a special aroma and neutralizes unpleasant odors.
