Superfoods Your Bar Apricot is a delicious bar of healthy foods such as apricot, locust bean, tahini, honey and dark chocolate. The sweeteners it contains are maltitol and stevia. Rich in nutrients such as vitamins B12, B6, B2, E, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, iron, zinc, as well as omega 3 fatty acids (α-linolenic acid).
Vitamins B12 and B6 help reduce fatigue and tiredness, while helping normal psychological function. In addition, it contains magnesium which promotes the proper functioning of the muscular and nervous system, while improving psychological function. Also, Vitamin E, gives its antioxidant action, protecting the body from harmful free radicals and oxidative stress. In addition, omega 3 fatty acids contribute to heart, brain and vision health. *

Dosage
