How can this be done?
The fat soluble (lipophilic) molecules of curcumin are incorporated into circular oligosaccharide molecules (the so-called cyclodextrins) to form a hydrophilic (water-friendly) outer shell and a lipophilic cavity inside them. The curcumin molecules remain in this cavity until they reach the intestine. There, they are transported separately from the cyclodextrin molecules to the intestinal wall where they can now be absorbed, and the cyclodextrin is cleaved and eliminated.
Dosage
1-3 capsules daily.

Preferably to be taken after a meal.
