Natural Doctor Vit C Incell is a dietary supplement with fat-soluble vitamin C, lysine and proline, for increased intracellular absorption and maximum effectiveness.
This dietary supplement provides vitamin C from three sources: ascorbyl palmitate, magnesium L-ascorbate and calcium L-ascorbate. Ascorbyl palmitate is a fat-soluble derivative of L-ascorbic acid, due to its lipophilic and hydrophilic form it can penetrate cell membranes and especially those of nerve tissue cells, enabling them for immediate utilization of Vitamin C.
In addition, the salts of ascorbic acid with magnesium and calcium exhibit regulatory properties and are therefore less acidic than L-ascorbic acid. Thus, gastrointestinal disorders that would occur in individuals due to ascorbic acid are thus avoided.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal metabolism of energy, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the normal psychological function, to the reduction of fatigue, to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise.
The main functions of vitamin C are to maintain collagen, ligaments, bones, teeth and to strengthen the walls of blood vessels and gums. It plays an important role in the absorption of iron which is necessary in the formation of erythrocytes, as well as in the utilization of folic acid.
In addition, Natural Doctor Vit C Incell provides the amino acids L-proline and L-lysine which are precursor molecules for the synthesis of hydroxylysine and hydroxyprolin, two structural components of collagen.*
Dosage
1 to 2 capsules a day.
Instructions of use
It is recommended to be taken after the meal.
Contraindications
People suffering from kidney problems are advised to avoid doses higher than 2000 mg per day.
Side effects
At doses greater than 2000mg per day and use for a long time, toxic effects such as diarrhea, nausea and oxalate kidney stones may occur.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
