Epsilon Health Arichol Omega-3 max Fish Oil (EPA & DHA) is a food supplement with omega 3 fatty acids from fish oil, very rich in EPA & DHA.
It stands out for its high content of omega 3 fatty acids (800mg per softgel) and DHA / EPA (740mg per capsule).
Omega-3 is a group of essential unsaturated fatty acids that cannot be synthesized by our body, so we must necessarily take them daily from our diet. Of this group of omega-3 fatty acids, two are the most prominent: EPA and DHA.
DHA & EPA help maintain normal blood triglyceride levels (daily intake of 2 g DHA in combination with EPA), normal blood pressure (daily intake of 3 gr DHA in combination with EPA) and normal heart function. *
DHA helps maintain normal brain function & vision (daily intake of 250 mg). *
Dosage
1-4 softgels daily.
Instructions of use
Take with some water.
Do not exceed the daily intake of 5 grams of EPA & DHA (combined).
Contraindications
Contains fish.
EPA lowers blood pressure, thus increasing the effect of antihypertensive drugs. In addition, it is contraindicated while on anticoagulant therapy. Furthermore, studies have shown that fish oils reduce the effect of birth control pills.
Cautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
