Dukan BIO Porridge with Chocolate & Banana is an ideal breakfast choice for those who pay attention to their diet & body weight, but also for those who follow the Ducan diet.
It contains only natural sugars from the fruit and is of low glycemic index. In addition, it is made with wholemeal flour and contains 40% less sugar than similar commercial products.
Dosage
Indicatively, consume 35 grams per day.
Instructions of use
Microwave: mix 35 g (about 4 tablespoons) porridge with 170 ml of boiling milk or vegetable juice. Let it rest for 2 minutes and enjoy it.
Casserole: heat 35 g porridge for 2 minutes in 170 ml of hot milk. Mix it, let it rise and enjoy.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight.
