Toothpaste:

Instructions of use
Toothpaste:
Brush your teeth at least twice a day (morning and evening) or after each meal.
Mouthwash:
Rinse your mouth 1-2 times daily for about 30 seconds after brushing your teeth with 10 ml of product, without dilution.
Do not swallow, do not rinse afterwards.
Daily use maintains balance in the oral flora.
