Bio-Ygeia Bran Sticks BIO Sugar Free are breakfast cereals made, very rich in fiber and high in bran.
The fiber found in the wheat husk makes this cereal a source of energy and provides a healthy and tasty breakfast, without sugar. Can be combined with yogurt, fruit or consumed plain.

Instructions of use
It can be consumed plain, with yogurt, with muesli, with milk, with rice / almond / soy drinks or as you wish.
