Bio-Agros Organic Cold-Pressed Pumpkin Seed Oil is an oil that has all the nutrients of the pumpkin seed.
Pumpkin seed oil is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, lutein, zeaxanthin and phytosterols.
Dosage
1-2 spoons daily.
Instructions of use
It can be used in meals and salads, as well as consumed plain (e.g. 1-2 teaspoons a day).
Contraindications
May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
