Bio-Agros Organic Coconut Flour is 100% natural, without flavor additives and preservatives. It preserves the nutrients of coconut and has an authentic aroma & taste.
Coconut flour has a low content of simple carbohydrates, while it is rich in fiber and does not contain gluten. Vitamins C and B1, manganese and calcium are its main nutrients, while it also contains valuable monounsaturated fats.
Coconut flour is suitable for all pastries and can be used in combination with other flours.
Dosage

Use it in sauces, soups, yogurt, drinks, muesli and desserts.
