Bio-Agros Dried Cranberries BIO contains the natural dried cranberry fruit in apple juice and retains all its nutrients unchanged.
They contain vitamins, potassium, iron, are high in fiber and are very low in calories. In addition, they protect against oxidative stress as they contain a number of antioxidants, most notably proanthocyanidins (PACs).
It is an ideal choice as a snack, and can be consumed with fruit, breakfast cereals, milk or sweets.
Dosage
Indicatively, you can consume 30 g per day.
