Bio-Agros Amaranth ΒΙΟ contains organic amaranth seeds that are extremely nutritious and can be used/consumed in many different ways (bread, salad, soup).
Amaranth contains more protein than most cereals and two basic amino acids, lysine and methionine. It is also rich in fiber and contains vitamins A & C as well as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus.
