BetterYou B-Complete Daily Oral Spray is a dietary supplement that contains all the vitamins of the B complex, in the form of oral spray.
All B vitamins are water soluble and therefore cannot be stored in the body. Each vitamin B is different from the others, they act synergistically with each other, and they all have a different action. The overall action of B-complex vitamins involves a number of biological processes in the body.

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years: 4 sprays per day.
Children under 12 years: 2 sprays per day.
Instructions of use
Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day.
Adults: use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately.
Cautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.
Store at room temperature, protected from light.
Keep out of reach of small children.
Once opened, consume within 6 months.
Storage
Store the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. After the product is opened, follow the storage instructions on the packaging for its optimal preservation.
