It is recommended to be taken after the meal.
Contraindications
Magnesium intake should be avoided by people with kidney failure and neuromuscular diseases. Take at least 2 hours after antibiotic treatment, as it may affect the absorption of the antibiotic drug.
Side effects
The most common side effects of magnesium are diarrhea and upset stomach, most commonly in doses exceeding 1g per day.
Cautions
Taking this amount of vitamin B6 for a long time can lead to mild itching and numbness.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
